Got to quit turning across the track. When you do, you are becoming a HUGE TARGET. Keep the vehicle headed in the same direction. Use the front at one end & the back at the other end.

It looks like maybe one could use the open end of a wrench to get underneath that clamp and onto the head, IF there is even enough room to swing the wrench.

I can tell you personally my father ran one the tie rods snap very easy if you need I can somehow send you after pic they are very strong though

Watch the rear motor trans mount ran one and it ripped the threads out trans and leak all fuild out hard cars

great video..the last couple of evenings i have been working away on our taurus in the garage ,,your videos have been very helpful to this old derby veteran ...with theses newer cars.....one thing i have done is extend the red power wire that attaches to the main fuse block...as i have been able to place the fuse block now up in the window cowling were the wiper motor was....and i have wraped alot of the wires in electrical tape to help...i will for sure use some spray foam near the end of the build....next project is revove the rad support take rad out cut thosr black pastics off each corner like u were saying,,i like my rads to flaot a bit as well....thxs agin ,,and hey Get R Bent in the ring .!!

There not bad cars ran a 98 last year placed 5th and 2nd with it. Ran a Taurus bumper on the front cut trunk lid and notched frame folded perfect car was pretty rusty as well but did pretty good for how bad it was. Only thing I don’t really like on them is the subframe pushes back instead of bending up but it took a lot of hits for it to start pushing back like it did. Definitely run another if I find one

Thanks brother! saved me from buying a new fuel line. had a nitrile rubber hose that would not fit on the fuel line connector for my outboard, or the primer bulb. put some gas in a cup and soaked the ends of the line over night. next day the line went right on. interestingly the gas that was in the cup went a dark yellow brown... so i just dumped it in the lawn mower. HELL YEAH BROTHER

I can tell you from personal experience. Those aluminum struts are weak. A friend of mine’s mom got into a fender bender and it broke in two on the passenger side.

Drop the drive shaft and call it a day

If it's like any of the other ford awd/4wd vehicles I have just taken out the rear drive shaft and not had any problems

Looks like you can disconnect the rear driveshaft from the ptu ( ford calls it the power transfer unit) and u should be good to go
